Female-Identifying Rugby Coaching Pathway

Express interest in the Scarborough Aces’ LeadHer Pathway, a 3-month coaching development program focused on female-identifying individuals. This program is designed to provide financial support for your coaching certification, match you with a future coaching role, and offer structured supervision throughout the process.
We provide support for both the NCCP Community Initiation/World Rugby Level 1 and NCCP Competition Introduction/World Rugby Level 2 coaching subsidies of $100 per program participant.

How much funding will I receive?
Each participant will receive $100.
o NCCP Community Initiation/World Rugby Level 1 certificate costs about $150
o NCCP Competition Introduction/World Rugby Level 2 certificate costs about $250
What will I get help with?
You will get $100 to get new certification or upgrade to the next level.
You will get a free LeadHer t-shirt during the program.
You will get frequent touchpoints to support your coaching journey.
You will get assistance building a Rugby Resume and applying to open postings.

Can anyone apply?
We encourage female-identifying persons to apply to the program. Male-identifying applicants will be provided other resources and support streams outside of the LeadHer program.
Applicants should be over the age of 16, or accompanied by a guardian during the touchpoint meetings.
