Our senior players currently compete in the Ontario Women’s League (OWL) Premiership with 2 divisions – OWL Prem 1 and OWL Prem 2 – with these divisions we accommodate players of all experience levels.
No matter your experience, whether you’ve never touched a rugby ball before, or you eat, sleep, breathe rugby, and everything in between, WE HAVE A TEAM FOR YOU!

Then OWL Premiership Division 1 is for you!
Practices are currently being held twice weekly Sunday & Thursdays as we transition into our Rugby 15s season. The 15s season officially starts in May 2025, check our schedule to see when our first kick off is!
