Venue: likely David and Mary Thomson Collegiate Institute
125 Brockley Dr, Scarborough, ON M1P 0E1, Canada - What: Costume-based Rugby 7s Tournament (social style) – 3 games minimum
- Divisions: Senior Men’s, Senior Women’s, Junior Boys, Junior Girls (4-5 slots each)
